Perkasa, Utusan Malaysia are Umno's tools to win Malay votes at all costs

Perkasa president Ibrahim Ali is trying to wage a war against the Christians in the country by alleging that Islam' position in the country is under threat.

Common sense tells us Malaysians that how in the world can Christianity threaten Islam in this country where the majority of the races are Muslims.

This conspiracy game was first created by Umno-owned Utusan Malaysia, by a ridiculous claim that a group of pastors were plotting to make Christianity the official religion of the nation and appoint a Christian prime minister.

The Perkasa president in his attempt to spark flames told the Christians in Malaysia, "If they want a crusade, so be it. If they say that the peace that we enjoy is not good enough ... we shall take up the challenge. Don't take the silence of Muslims as a sign of fear,” he warned to cheers from about 150 people at a ceramah last night.

“Before our followers fall in this battle, (Perkasa) leaders will first lay down their lives and die sprawling in blood,” he thundered.

Speaking at a function organised by the Komuniti 1Malaysia group of Kampung Kerdas and Kampung Changkat in Gombak, Ibrahim accused the Christians of “challenging the sovereignty and dignity of Malays and Muslims.

Apparently what Ibrahim Ali was a tool under the umbrella of Perkasa to help Umno in their political strategy to unite the Malays in the country by creating fear and hatred among the races.

Previously, he had used race as an issue but religion was used as it happen now a second attempt for maximum effect.

Haram baca Utusan Malaysia, tegas Dr Haron Din

Mana-mana media yang menghalalkan amalan fitnah, cubaan mengaibkan orang lain, menggalakkan berlakunya perpecahan umat Islam dan perpaduan kaum adalah haram untuk dibeli dan dibaca.

KUALA LUMPUR: Umat Islam di negara ini disaran tidak membeli dan membaca Akhbar Utusan Malaysia kerana media tersebut boleh dikategori sebagai “haram” dari sudut Islam, tegas ulama terkemuka tanahair, Profesor Datuk Dr Haron Din Al Hafiz.
Menurutnya, mana-mana media yang menghalalkan amalan fitnah, cubaan mengaibkan orang lain, menggalakkan berlakunya perpecahan umat Islam dan perpaduan kaum adalah haram untuk dibeli dan dibaca.

“Islam adalah agama penyatuan, agama perpaduan, agama yang saling hormat menghormati dan agama yang memberi rahmat kepada sekelian alam.

“Islam menegah amalan menyebarkan berita yang tidak baik seperti mengaibkan orang lain. Hukum Syarak menegah segala amalan yang dibawa oleh mulut atau pun media seperti ini,” jelas beliau.

Kenyataan Haron Din itu disiar dalam akhbar rasmi Parti Keadilan Rakyat, Suara Keadilan yang boleh diperolehi di pasaran mulai hari ini.

Menurut Dr Haron, Al-Quran juga menyatakan “Maka sesungguhnya orang-orang yang suka menyebarkan berita-berita yang keji (menjatuhkan maruah seseorang), maka bagi mereka itu azab siksa di dunia dan di akhirat.

Menurutnya lagi, berdasarkan hukum Fekah yang di sebut dalam kitab Fekah, Manhaji Abidin menyatakan, haram ke atas orang Islam menyebarkan berita keji ke atas orang Islam, tidak kira sama ada peritiwa itu benar atau sebaliknya.

“Kalau berita itu palsu ia adalah suatu fitnah jahat yang mengundang bala Allah yang segera. Kalaulah ia benar maka ia membuka ruang fitnah yang mengundang pelbagai keburukan, sedangkan sepatutnya ia menutup perkara tersebut.” jelas beliau.

Dr M says ‘1Melayu, 1Bumi’ movement disastrous

Kuala Lumpur, April 22 — In a surprising move today, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad spoke out against Utusan Malaysia’s idea of a “1Melayu, 1Bumi” movement, calling it disastrous.

This is despite Malay rights group Perkasa announcing yesterday that it would spearhead the movement, warning that the Chinese were seeking ultimate power.

“I hope it doesn’t happen. It would be very bad... people should think about this, we are going into disaster if this happens,” Dr Mahathir (picture) told reporters today.

Utusan Malaysia has called on its owners Umno to spearhead a 1 Melayu, 1 Bumi movement involving all Malay parties, claiming that the DAP was intent on toppling the country’s Malay leadership.

In backing Utusan Malaysia’s call for a movement to “unite” all Malay parties, Perkasa secretary-general Syed Hassan Syed Ali said that the Malay rights group did not have the “luxury of time” to wait for Malay political parties to initiate action.

“Perkasa will take on the responsibility of spearheading the ‘1Melayu, 1Bumi’ movement, where it is obvious the Chinese, through the DAP, are trying to take over the political power of the Malays,” said the Perkasa man yesterday.

In response, Dr Mahathir said today that such a movement would eventually result in a two-party system where each side would be dominated by one race.

“If we go ahead with this, there will be a two-party system... if one side is Malay-dominated and one side Chinese dominated, this would be bad,” the former prime minister said.
