Big banners in the city announced the May 27 Harvest Festival Dinner organised by Sabah DAP to be graced by party supremo Lim Kit Siang. Lim has been in and out of Sabah every month.
Two weeks back PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim dropped by in Sabah, like his wife last month, to hold press conferences about their party. Anwar then held ceramahs in Sandakan. All these top guns from KL make me wonder - It is because Sabah PKR and DAP are not capable of doing anything without having their party bosses around?
It is as though if Lim Kit Siang were not here, the Sabah DAP has nothing to show. If Anwar is not here, then PKR goes back to sleep. What will happen if Pakatan forms the State Government in Sabah?
Will their Cabinet be able to meet without having Lim Kit Siang and Anwar Ibrahim around? Serious, after the debacle over the "shadow cabinet" in Sarawak, can't these two parties learn and empower their Sabah leaders?
After 48 years in Malaysia, have Sabahan leaders become even more dependent on KL for everything.
